How long does delivery take?

We deliver across Qatar within 2–3 days. Most orders are delivered the next day.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is QAR 25 for orders below QAR 150. Orders of QAR 150 or more qualify for free delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Qatar.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a free exchange. For damaged or defective items, please provide a continuous unboxing video so we can verify the issue and arrange an exchange if confirmed.
